"Dry out - the flood"
"Dry out", Kulturhof Krönbacken, Erfurt, June 28th until July 27th 2003,
Plywood, steel, mud, boat body diameter 13 f., diameter mud circle 16½ f., 2003
An out of plywood constructed boat body covert with clay mud is placed at the center of an mud circle. The open air installation plays with the turn of the weather, through the sun dry out and wet muddy by the rain. During the dry situation a crack surfaces emerged. In rain, the mud coat sucked itself fully water.
